EARLY BEGINNINGS
Hailing from Vancouver, B.C., Jen's introduction to the beauty industry was nothing short of grand. At the forefront of Holt Renfrew Salon & Spa, she showcased her leadership acumen by adeptly managing a team of 50+ professionals. However, her true calling was realized during her tenure as the Business Development Manager for the Hair Design & Aesthetics Program at Vancouver Community College. It was here that she developed a deep-seated passion for beauty education.

Embracing change and a thirst for new challenges, 2016 saw Jen relocating to Toronto. This move coincided with her foray into permanent makeup training, setting the stage for her entrepreneurial success. Not one to rest on her laurels, she mastered the art of microblading and, in 2018, expanded her skill set with the introduction of lip blush. Drawing inspiration from classic lipstick techniques, Jen developed her signature "Your lips but better" approach, distinguishing herself in the beauty world.
